MINI SESSIONS & REGULAR SESSIONS
1. The non-refundable retainer must be paid at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your session. If the final balance is not received, TMP will not turn over any images without any liability to TMP until payment is received.
2. Specific session details and location information will be emailed and/or texted the week of your session.
3. Sessions include up to 6 family members. Additional family members are $25/per person.
4. The final set of images are high resolution, edited & watermark free.
5. Final images are delivered to you via an online, private (password protected) gallery. Additional images, prints, canvas’, albums & gifts are available for purchase directly from your gallery. TMP is happy to help with any additional product sales, please reach out and let us know what you’re looking for.
6. All sales are final. Returns are not accepted on services rendered or all other products including but not limited to prints, albums, canvas’ and cards. Due to the nature of the products, all products are non-refundable.
7. Sessions will be held within the guidelines of the local/state government(s).
8. Reschedules/Location Changes: Sessions are subject to change at any time, without notice, for any reason such as weather, location closure or illness. While we do our best to keep our confirmed session dates & locations, rescheduling sometimes happens. If your session needs to be rescheduled, we will let you know as soon as possible and do our best to give you several options for new session dates.
9. Cancellation: Emergencies happen – we understand! If you need to cancel your upcoming session, please let us know as soon as possible. Your booking retainer does not expire and will be applied to your future session date.
10. TMP has the right to decline photography services for any reason.
